Deluxe Wedding Package
What's included:
Available October to April for up to 100 guests
(Marquee and furniture hire required at an additional cost)
Ceremony:
- Exclusive use of Rathmoy estate as a venue for your wedding day for up to 100 guests, with multiple locations for your ceremony
- Riverside open air chapel, including seating with an aisle and wedding arch set up (weather dependent).
- Timetable flexibility to suit how you want your wedding day to run
- Setup of the facility the day prior to your wedding day and pack down the day after (excluding the marquee)
Reception:
(Catering, beverages, marquee, furniture, plates and cutlery are not included)
- Ample space to set up a marquee and reception furniture.
- Exclusive use of the venue for the day after your wedding for up to 100 people
- Glassware supplied for your celebration (wine, champagne, and water glasses)
- Lighting package for the food and bar area
- Multiple locations for photoshoots (farm, riverside, homestead gardens)
- Gourmet picnic hamper for your bridal party (up to 10 people), available for morning delivery to enjoy while getting ready or during photos.
- Rubbish, we will manage and remove all recycling and rubbish from your wedding day
- Toilets, will be serviced and kept tidy throughout your reception
- Portable speaker with P.A. for music and speeches
- Cake table
- Signing table/ chair with fountain pen
- Lawn games, choice of 3 from: giant jenga, giant connect four, giant naughts and crosses petanque, croquet, badminton, racket ball (like tennis) and kubb
- Up to 2 Site visits (excluding initial meet and greet) with a wedding coordinator
- Dedicated wedding coordinator available to help throughout the planning process
- Function manager during wedding day (up to 8 hours)
Bar:
- Outdoor bar set-up (weather permitting) beside the lodge and food caravan, including a small gazebo. A chiller trailer is complimentary with a spend of over $600 on drinks at the local liquor store, Taylor’s.
- Tea, coffee and water station set up for guests.
- 2 Staff members to run the bar for your wedding day (up to 8 hours)
- BYO, no additional alcohol or corkage fees
Accommodation:
- 3 nights accommodation for up to 10 people at Rathmoy estate's river lodge
Pricing Options:
Mid-week (Mon - Thurs) $11,990
Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) $14,990
Package add-ons available:
- Hay Bale hire for seating, fits 2 people per bale - $15 per bale (includes drop off and removal)
- 4WD transport and driver to farm locations for photoshoot $300 for up to 4 people (up to 2 hours)
- Additional cleaning - $150 for up to 3 hours, then $35 per hour thereafter.
- Additional site visits - $150 per visit for up to 2 hours
