Available all year round for up to 10 guests
Ceremony:
- Exclusive use of Rathmoy as a venue for your wedding day for up to 10 guests, with multiple locations for your ceremony with seating + wedding arch set up
- Timetable flexibility to suit how you want your wedding day to run
- Setup of the facility the day prior to your wedding day and pack down the day after
Reception:
(Includes tables, chairs, crockery + glassware)
- SEATED - set up for up to 10 people to be formally seated indoors (or outdoor if weather allows) ○ Exclusive use of the venue for the day after your wedding for up to 10 people ○ Multiple locations for photoshoots (farm, riverside, homestead gardens) including a gourmet picnic hamper for your bridal party for up to 10 people ○ Rubbish, we will manage and remove all recycling and rubbish from your wedding day ○
- Cake table
- Signing table/ chair with fountain pen
- Lawn games, choice of 3 from: giant jenga, giant connect four, giant naughts & crosses petanque, croquet, badminton, racket ball (like tennis) and kubb
- Up to 2 Site visits (excluding initial meet and greet) with a wedding coordinator
- Dedicated wedding coordinator available to help throughout the planning process
- Function manager during wedding day (up to 4 hours)

Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) $3,990*
* Please note: all wedding packages are required to book the Rathmoy river lodge accommodation for 3 nights along with the wedding package.
Mid-week accommodation rate is $3400 (3 nights for up to 10 people)
Weekend accommodation rate is $3700 (3 nights for up to 10 people)
Package add-ons available:
Organized by Rathmoy
- Hay Bale hire for seating, fits 2 people per bale - $15 per bale (includes drop off + removal)
- 4WD transport + driver to farm locations for photoshoot $300 for up to 4 people (up to 2 hours)
- Additional cleaning - $150 for up to 3 hours, then $35 per hour thereafter.
- Additional site visits - $150 per visit for up to 2 hours
