- Rubbish, we will manage and remove all recycling and rubbish from your wedding day
- Toilets, will be serviced and kept tidy throughout your reception
- Portable speaker with P.A. for music and speeches
- Cake table
- Signing table/ chair with fountain pen
- Lawn games, choice of 3 from: giant jenga, giant connect four, giant naughts & crosses petanque, croquet, badminton, racket ball (like tennis) and kubb
- Up to 2 Site visits (excluding initial meet and greet) with a wedding coordinator
- Dedicated wedding coordinator available to help throughout the planning process
- Function manager during wedding day (up to 8 hours)
- Bar set up outside (depending on weather), next to the lodge and food caravan (this will include a small gazebo and chiller trailer).
- Tea, coffee + water station set up for guests.
- 2 Staff members to run the bar for your wedding day (up to 8 hours)
- BYO, no additional alcohol or corkage fees

* Please note: all wedding packages are required to book the Rathmoy river lodge accommodation for 3 nights along with the wedding package.
Mid-week accommodation rate is $3400 (3 nights for up to 10 people)
Weekend accommodation rate is $3700 (3 nights for up to 10 people)
Package add-ons available:
- Hay Bale hire for seating, fits 2 people per bale - $15 per bale (includes drop off + removal)
- 4WD transport + driver to farm locations for photoshoot $300 for up to 4 people (up to 2 hours)
- Additional cleaning - $150 for up to 3 hours, then $35 per hour thereafter.
- Additional site visits - $150 per visit for up to 2 hours
